So I’ve been blocked…

When the thing in Egypt first broke I wanted to write a post about it because the media has completely distorted things.  Anyone who knows anything about Egypt knows the media has distorted things.  They’ve chosen their narrative and that’s the story they’re determined to tell regardless of the truth. 

But because of time constraints and other issues in my actual life I couldn’t get it written and I haven’t been able to write anything else because I kept wanting to write the Egypt thing first. 

Then came Bryan Suits.  Bryan Suits is a talk show host that’s spent a lot of time in the Middle East.   He served in the first Iraq war, Bosnia and then helped rebuild Iraq after the second Iraq war.  So while most talk show hosts really don’t know what they’re talking about this guy does.  And he’s made a great podcast explaining what is actually going on in Egypt. 

So if you really want to know what’s going on in Egypt listen to this.   If you can’t spare much time  at least listen from 2:03 to 17:07.  It’ll be worth the 15 minutes.
